Keep company administration organised
Company records and administrative changes are easier to manage when information is clear and up to date. Get practical support with your corporate secretarial needs.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Clear scope. Useful information. An agreed fee.
Your agreed deliverables
Company records and documentation for the company changes or ongoing administration agreed with you.
What to share first
Existing company records, the change or outstanding matter, and any relevant dates.
How your fee is determined
The type and number of company matters, the condition of existing records and whether support is ongoing.
We discuss your situation before confirming scope, required information, timing and a quotation. Additional work or third-party charges, where applicable, are identified separately and agreed before proceeding.
YOUR BUSINESS SITUATION
When this service can help
Company records need organising
Documents are held in different places or you are unsure what is outstanding. Share the records available and the matters you need to address so we can identify the documentation to coordinate.
Preparing a company change
A company change is being considered and you need the supporting information organised. Describe the proposed change, relevant dates and documents already available before we agree the scope.
What to prepare for our first discussion
A useful starting point for your enquiry
- Existing company records and relevant supporting documents
- A description of the proposed change or outstanding matter
- Relevant dates and the person coordinating the documents
HOW WE WORK
From first conversation to follow-through
Start with your situation
Tell us the problem, relevant period and important dates. One main consultant gets to know your business and the matters to coordinate.
Agree scope and quotation
We clarify deliverables, the information needed, proposed timing and responsibilities, then agree the quotation before work begins.
Review the records together
We collect the agreed documents, follow up on missing information and discuss the relevant accounts, statements or computations with you.
Follow through on next steps
We progress the agreed work and coordinate information for the relevant parties. Where ongoing support is needed, we agree the follow-up arrangements.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Practical answers before you get started
Use these answers to prepare for the first conversation. The work, fees and timing are confirmed for your circumstances.
Can I change my current corporate secretarial provider?
Tell us your proposed handover date, current arrangements and any outstanding matters. We can discuss the records to request and the handover work before confirming the assignment. Keep existing arrangements in place until responsibilities and the transition are clear.
Some company records are missing. Can I still enquire?
Yes. Start with a list of the records you have, what may be missing and any upcoming company matters. We will discuss the gaps and the work needed to organise the available information. Completion and timing depend on the documents and requirements involved.
Can one consultant coordinate several services?
Yes, discuss your wider needs with your main consultant, including accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, financing information or HR administration. We agree the individual assignments and coordinate with auditors, banks or other parties where needed. Responsibilities for an independent audit or another professional engagement are confirmed separately.
What do you need before giving a quotation?
Start with an overview of the business, relevant period, completeness of records, expected workload and important dates. We clarify the work and deliverables, then explain the quotation and any additional charges. Work begins according to the scope and fees agreed with you.
Can you take on urgent work?
Tell us the deadline, current progress and records available at the outset. We assess the work and availability before confirming whether we can help and the proposed timetable. Do not assume that work has started until the assignment has been accepted.
