2. Agree scope and quotation — We clarify deliverables, the information needed, proposed timing and responsibilities, then agree the quotation before work begins.
3. Review the records together — We collect the agreed documents, follow up on missing information and discuss the relevant accounts, statements or computations with you.
4. Follow through on next steps — We progress the agreed work and coordinate information for the relevant parties. Where ongoing support is needed, we agree the follow-up arrangements.
